Rin et seri by Jaakopy

Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Naya Cat/Dog tribal token swarm deck helmed by Rin and Seri, Inseparable. The core loop is elegant: every Cat spell you cast creates a Dog token, and every Dog spell creates a Cat token, flooding the board with a growing menagerie. The deck then wins through one of two channels - a wide combat swing powered by anthem effects like Beastmaster Ascension, Cathars' Crusade, and Titanic Ultimatum, or the commander's own activated ability, which deals damage equal to your Dog count and gains life equal to your Cat count. Doubling Season, Jinnie Fay, Jetmir's Second, and Roaming Throne multiply the token output, while Baylen, the Haymaker converts the swarm into mana, cards, and counters. A dense protection suite of indestructible effects and turn-lock pieces (Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, Marisi, Breaker of the Coil) keeps the board alive. Secondary wins include the Ajani planeswalker ultimates and Toby, Beastie Befriender's flying token army.
