Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-synergy midrange deck commanded by Aerid Konstrari. The strategy focuses on accumulating large quantities of artifact tokens—such as Heartwood tokens, Treasures, Lander tokens, and Clues—during the early-to-mid game. By pairing steady ramp and low-cost token generators like Biotech Specialist and Roxanne, Starfall Savant with its commander, the deck establishes an expansive mana and permanent base by Turn 4. On Turns 6 through 8, the deck transitions into a lethal offensive using explosive finishers. Threats like Craterclaw Colossus and Depthshaker Titan leverage the accumulated artifact count to pump the entire board with trample and haste, while Aerid Konstrari's activated ability threatens one-shot flying commander damage. Although the deck boasts strong independent threat redundancy and solid mana acceleration, it features minimal instant-speed stack interaction and scarce defensive protection, leaving its wide permanent boards vulnerable to opposing board wipes and well-timed removal.
