Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy mono-white aggro list centered on Myrel, Shield of Argive. The strategy focuses on establishing early Soldier creatures and hatebears, deploying Myrel on Turn 4, and utilizing her attack trigger to generate exponential Soldier tokens. Myrel provides built-in protection by silencing opponents during your turn, shutting off flash blockers, instant-speed removal, and activated abilities. The deck compounds this board presence using token multipliers like Mondrak, Glory Dominus and Anointed Procession, alongside high-impact anthems such as Cathars' Crusade, Banner of Kinship, and Greymond, Avacyn's Stalwart. Opponents are restricted by light stax pieces including Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Sanctum Prelate. Defensively, elite phase-out and indestructible spells like Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Flawless Maneuver shield the board during opponents' turns, allowing the deck to reliably eliminate the table through wide combat damage by Turn 7.
