Commander: Tiamat

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tiamat is the engine and main tutor: the deck ramps quickly, casts it on turn five, and pulls five Dragons that form a combat kill. The primary plan is Atarka/Scourge double strike plus extra combats, with Dragonlord Kolaghan or Dragon Tempest providing haste. Secondary paths are Miirym doubling Dragons, treasure generation from Old Gnawbone or Goldspan toward Hellkite Tyrant/Revel in Riches, and slow value through Niv-Mizzet or Warstorm Surge. Miirym is the closest hidden commander, multiplying each Dragon entry. Without Tiamat the deck still plays strong Dragons and has Magda, The World Tree, and The Arkenstone as backup tutors, but it loses its fastest line.
