Sauron Dark Lord by damanttr

Format: Commander

Commander: Sauron, the Dark Lord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis deck uses Sauron, the Dark Lord as a value engine to build a single growing Orc Army and convert combat damage into Ring tempt card draw. It wins through incremental combat with a large Army and Wraith tokens, supported by discard synergies and reanimation. Amass effects from March from the Black Gate, Grishnakh, and Saruman steadily grow the Army while opponents casting spells also add counters. The Ring tempt chain fuels Bone Miser, Archfiend of Ifnir, and Containment Construct, and fills the graveyard for Wonder, Anger, and Living Death. No infinite combo exists; the deck grinds advantage and closes with overwhelming board presence.
