Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red Dragon tribal stompy deck piloted by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana rocks and creature cost-reducers to cast Lathliss ahead of curve on Turn 4 or 5. Once Lathliss resolves, every subsequent nontoken Dragon creates an additional 5/5 flying Dragon token. The deck leverages haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Anger, damage triggers from Scourge of Valkas, and double strike from Terror of Mount Velus to quickly assemble lethal aerial attacks. Supported by mass damage sweepers that often spare large Dragons, the deck overwhelms the table through sheer power, toughness, and combat pressure by Turn 7. It operates with high redundancy among threats, though it remains reliant on combat and vulnerable to instant-speed board wipes.
