Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control strategy led by Elrond, Moon-Reader. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost mana rocks and card advantage engines, transitioning into repeatable blink engines powered by cards like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Displacer Kitten, and Conjurer's Closet. These engines repeatedly flicker versatile enter-the-battlefield creatures such as Aether Channeler, Cloudkin Seer, and Agent of Treachery to bury opponents in card advantage, steal key permanents, and maintain table control. The deck closes games decisively through an infinite mana and flicker loop pairing Peregrine Drake, Archaeomancer, and Ghostly Flicker (or Displace). Once assembled, infinite mana enables the player to bounce all opposing permanents and lands using Venser, Shaper Savant or Aether Channeler, establishing an inescapable total lockout. High-tier interaction like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Cyclonic Rift protects the strategy while stifling opposing threats.
