Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Azorius blink deck led by Niko, Light of Hope. Niko enters the battlefield to create Shard tokens, then pays two mana and taps to exile a nonlegendary creature and turn all Shards into exact copies of that creature until the next end step. The primary game plan converts these unassuming enchantment tokens into lethal threats by copying massive creatures like Phyrexian Dreadnought, Battle Angels of Tyr, or Hero of Bladehold. Because Shards are already on the battlefield when they become copies, they bypass negative enter-the-battlefield triggers like Dreadnought's sacrifice clause and attack immediately.
