Humans of Rohan by banditfox

Format: Commander

Commander: Éowyn, Shieldmaiden

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Eowyn, Shieldmaiden is the real engine: one Human entering in a turn is enough to make two hasty tokens, and once the board reaches six Humans it also draws a card. The primary plan is a token-heavy combat race: build Humans, draw through the commander, then win with a single Shared Animosity + Combat Celebrant turn where two combats each trigger Eowyn and double the attacker count. Secondary plans use the monarch as a card-advantage sub-theme, plus independent token bursts from Riders of Rohan or Forth Eorlingas! to maintain pressure without the commander. There is no double-faced commander and no true hidden commander; Combat Celebrant is a force-multiplier, not a second plan.
