Dreams Do Come True by ApprenticeLarge

Format: Commander

Commander: Illuna, Apex of Wishes

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Illuna is a mutate-cheat value engine rather than a voltron commander. The deck builds a non-Human mutate stack, then repeatedly exiles the top of the library to dump huge permanents like Old Gnawbone, Etali, Koma, and Titan of Industry onto the battlefield. Top-deck manipulation-Courser, Oracle, The Reality Chip, Sensei's Divining Top, Cream of the Crop-makes the mutate reveals reliable. No true hidden commander exists; Etali's front face is the splashiest payoff and the transform side is only a late-game option. The plan is to out-muscle the table with flying, trampling, and entry-trigger advantage, closing through combat and Terror of the Peaks burn.
