This deck is a high-powered 5-color lands and graveyard ramp strategy commanded by The Wandering Minstrel. The commander's static ability functions as an Amulet of Vigor in the command zone, allowing all lands to enter untapped. The deck abuses this mechanic with all 10 Ravnica bounce lands and Lotus Field, generating substantial mana surpluses early in the game. Self-mill enablers such as Six, Aftermath Analyst, Ripples of Undeath, and surveil duals quickly load the graveyard with lands.
