Deck overview

Clavileño, First of the Blessed leads an aggressive Orzhov Vampire Aristocrats deck that seamlessly converts low-cost creature fodder into a formidable aerial armada and steady card advantage. The strategy revolves around deploying cheap Vampires on early turns, attacking with Clavileño to transform them into Demon-marked threats, and sacrificing them to draw fresh cards while creating 4/3 flying Vampire Demon tokens. This token generation creates an escalating board presence that opponents struggle to combat profitably, as removing your attacking creatures directly advances your game plan. The deck closes out games through a dual-vector assault: powerful flying combat damage and crushing aristocrat life drain powered by staples like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Sanctum Seeker, and Vein Ripper. Multipliers such as Bloodletter of Aclazotz and overrun effects like Akroma's Will turn moderate boards into lethal finishes. Backed by efficient Orzhov removal and resilient protection spells, this build reliably pressures the table while maintaining remarkable engine endurance.
