This is a classic Niv-Mizzet, Parun spellslinger combo deck that leverages the commander's uncounterable body and triggered draw ability to assemble an infinite damage/draw loop. The primary win condition is enchanting Niv-Mizzet with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, then casting any instant or sorcery to trigger the loop. Backup plans include Psychosis Crawler + wheel effects, Guttersnipe pings, and token swarms from Talrand, Sky Summoner and Murmuring Mystic.
