Fire Lord Azula by slightlybuzzed

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is an aggressive Grixis spell-slinger deck built on a simple combat engine: attack with the commander, use Firebending mana to fuel instants, then copy the best spell of the turn. The deck combines cheap cantrips and burn with a set of Fire Nation legends that also produce Firebending mana. Secondary paths include Azula, Cunning Usurper exiling opposing threats, Longshot chip damage, and Fated Firepower amplifying damage. The hidden commander is Azula, Cunning Usurper, which turns exile into a second copy-caster. Wins come from copied burn and commander damage rather than an infinite loop; there are no registered combo lines. It is a midrange tempo deck that punishes boards without blockers.
