Deck overview

Gandalf the White turns every artifact and legendary permanent into a flash-speed value play, doubling the enters and leaves triggers that fire off those cards. The deck is a mono-white artifact/legendary midrange build: it ramps with land-fetching engines, accumulates cards through artifact creatures and Equipment, then closes via large evasive attackers and pump/protection effects. It has no deterministic infinite combo; wins come from repeated trigger re-use, recursion, and combat. The secondary plan is a resilient recursion loop with Sun Titan, Teshar, and Scrap Trawler that rebuilds the board after wipes. Oswald Fiddlebender acts as a hidden commander, tutoring artifacts one step at a time.
