First Deck Ureni by user5728071

Format: Commander

Commander: Ureni of the Unwritten

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur Dragon-tribal value deck built around Ureni of the Unwritten's enters and attack triggers. It uses ramp and cost reduction to cast Ureni quickly, then repeatedly mines the top eight cards of the library to put Dragons into play. The primary win is overwhelming combat damage, typically accelerated by haste effects, double strike from Atarka World Render, and extra combats from Scourge of the Throne or Last Night Together. Secondary paths include hard-casting Dragons with five cost reducers and using Miirym or Lathliss to multiply threats. Ureni, the Song Unending and Dragonlord Atarka serve as removal and finishers. The deck is highly dependent on the commander, with Miirym the strongest back-up engine.
