Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact/proliferate deck that treats the commander's haste and tap-trigger as a repeatable proliferate engine. The deck plans to build charge counters on artifacts and +1/+1 counters on creatures, then cash them in for extra turns with Magistrate's Scepter, a massive Walking Ballista, poison via Virulent Silencer, or the ten-damage Lux Artillery. Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus acts as a hidden commander, doubling every proliferate, while cost reducers and artifact lands keep the engine dense. A secondary infinite-mana line uses Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter with Sol Ring/rocks to fire Ballista repeatedly. Because many lines share the artifact type, the deck packs recursion through Emry, Buried Ruin, and Wake the Past.
