Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits is a mono-green token-X engine that turns a handful of 1/1 Halfling copies into a huge colorless-mana battery and finishes with one massive spell. The commander's ETB creates two nonlegendary token copies; Doubling Season and Parallel Lives turn those into four or more, and populate/copy effects multiply the army. Each Halfling taps for {C} per Halfling, producing explosive mana, which is spent on Finale of Devastation for X 10 to give the whole team +X/+X and haste, or on Helix Pinnacle's 100-counter alternate win. Backup combat wins use Overwhelming Stampede and Akroma's Memorial. No hidden commander exists; the deck is built around the Notary Hobbits and its token-making engine.
