Deck overview

This is an Azorius artifact/Vehicles value deck helmed by Miles "Tails" Prower, who turns every Vehicle that enters the battlefield into either a card (if it already has flying) or a flying counter (if it doesn't). The plan is to chain out more than twenty Vehicles under a stack of cost reducers - Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, Voyager Quickwelder, and Cid, Freeflier Pilot - then crew them with pilots like Hotshot Mechanic and the tokens from Shorikai, Genesis Engine and Prodigy's Prototype. It wins through evasive combat: Parhelion II summons attacking Angels, Reaver Titan bolts the table, Cyberdrive Awakener animates every artifact as a 4/4 flyer, and Mechtitan Core assembles a 10/10. Dance of the Manse and Academy Ruins provide late-game rebuilding; Sram, Senior Edificer, Sai, Master Thopterist, and Thopter Spy Network keep the hand full. There are no infinite combos - the deck is a fair, board-centric battlecruiser that overwhelms with a sky full of artifacts.
