Clive, Burning Vengeance by user4012547

Format: Commander

Commander: Clive, Ifrit's Dominant // Ifrit, Warden of Inferno

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Clive, Ifrit's Dominant is a mono-red devotion burn deck: Clive's ETB discards your hand and draws a card for each red pip, turning a developed board into a fistful of gas. The front face is the engine; the Ifrit saga back offers a fight removal and eight red over two turns, but is only a bonus. Win lines are damage multipliers plus group-slug enchantments or a large devotion burn spell. Neheb the Eternal is a second mana engine. No infinite combos exist; the deck wins by attrition and burst. It is fast enough to threaten around turn 8 and resilient through redundancy.
