Deck overview

This Boros deck combines Dwarf tribal density with Equipment synergies under Dáin of the Ancient Halls. The primary game plan develops a board of low-cost Dwarves during the first three turns, followed by casting the commander on Turn 5 to attack immediately with haste. Dáin converts the number of Dwarves you control into direct damage against each opponent simultaneously. Damage multipliers like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and ability doublers like Bifur, Melodic Rider accelerate this burn clock, while high-impact Equipment like Embercleave and Genji Glove provide decisive combat finishes. Dedicated Equipment tutors such as Steelshaper's Gift and Open the Armory ensure reliable access to both offensive equipment and resilient defensive tools like Mithril Coat and Lightning Greaves. While vulnerable to mass creature sweepers, the commander's haste and low-cost tribal redundancy enable quick rebuilding.
