Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Rakdos aggro and token burn deck designed around Mishra, Claimed by Gix. The primary game plan curves out with aggressive, self-replicating token producers such as Goblin Rabblemaster, Hanweir Garrison, and Legion Warboss, establishing a broad board presence in the early turns. Deploying Mishra converts every attacking body into direct, non-combat life loss for all opponents while buffering your own life total, entirely bypassing traditional combat blockers. The deck also features a devastating secondary meld payoff with Phyrexian Dragon Engine, combining both halves into Mishra, Lost to Phyrexia to strip opposing resources and control the board. Extra combat phases from Combat Celebrant and Relentless Assault compound Mishra's drain triggers to close games rapidly. While susceptible to well-timed board sweepers, the deck leverages reanimation spells and redundant token engines to rebuild pressure and finish opponents.
