Deck overview

This mono-black Aristocrats deck is commanded by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER, leveraging steady sacrifice synergies, heavy attrition, and an efficient infinite drain finish. In the early turns, the deck deploys mana acceleration and recursive fodder such as Ophiomancer and Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia. Once Sephiroth enters, it converts disposable creatures into continuous card advantage and incremental life drain. Achieving four creature deaths in a single turn transforms Sephiroth into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, granting an indestructible emblem that permanently doubles down on death triggers. The deck clinches victory either through sustained life-drain attrition backed by asymmetric board control via Grave Pact and Massacre Wurm, or via a compact infinite loop using Gravecrawler and Warren Soultrader. By sacrificing Gravecrawler to Soultrader for Treasure mana and using Sephiroth's trigger to offset the life cost, the deck recasts Gravecrawler infinitely to drain the entire table to zero in a single turn.
