Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov enchantress strategy led by Killian, Decisive Mentor, focusing on Auras, forced combat, and asymmetric attrition. The game plan centers on deploying low-cost enchantments that trigger Killian's ability to tap down blockers and goad opposing threats. By forcing opponents to attack one another, the deck maintains high card velocity through Killian's combat-draw trigger while preserving its own life total behind taxing pillowfort pieces like Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, and Authority of the Consuls. Win conditions develop through escalating end-step life drain from Eriette of the Charmed Apple, aerial token swarms from Sigil of the Empty Throne, or overwhelming Voltron swings enabled by All That Glitters and Ethereal Armor. Supported by a dense suite of 1- to 2-mana ramp, targeted exile removal, and resilient protection Auras like Shielded by Faith, the deck smoothly controls table tempo and grinds down three opponents simultaneously.
