Upping the Average - Rin and Seri, Inseparable by TSO

Format: Commander

Commander: Rin and Seri, Inseparable

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Naya Cat/Dog tribal deck, helmed by Rin and Seri, Inseparable, aims to flood the battlefield with a wide army of token creatures and then overwhelm opponents with combat pump effects. The commander functions as both a token generator (casting Dogs or Cats creates the opposite token) and a repeatable finisher, dealing damage equal to the number of Dogs you control and gaining life equal to the number of Cats you control. The deck leans heavily on token doublers like Parallel Lives and Anointed Procession, anthem effects such as Beastmaster Ascension and Cathars' Crusade, and finishers like Titanic Ultimatum and Akroma's Will. A strong changeling subtheme (via Maskwood Nexus, Mirror Entity, and several shape-shifters) ensures every creature counts as both a Dog and a Cat, supercharging the commander's triggers and token makers. The primary win condition is combat damage from an overwhelming board, with secondary reach through the commander's tap ability and Impact Tremors.
