Deck overview

This deck is a mid-tempo Simic battlecruiser strategy piloted by Zimone, Infinite Analyst. The deck focuses on casting spells with {X} in their mana costs to build +1/+1 counters on Zimone, which in turn grants compounding mana discounts for future X-spells. The early turns focus on establishing two-mana ramp and landing Zimone on Turn 3. Mid-game turns scale quickly through powerful mana amplifiers like Elementalist's Palette and Kami of Whispered Hopes, alongside massive card-draw bursts from spells such as Pull from Tomorrow and Hydroid Krasis. The deck closes games around Turn 8 through overwhelming combat damage from massive trampling Hydras and Fractals like Primordial Hydra, Goldvein Hydra, and Primo, the Unbounded, backed by evasive enablers like Nev, the Practical Dean and Rogue's Passage. While explosive once established, it remains vulnerable to sweepers and lacks fast combo wins.
