Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros big-mana and miracle deck helmed by Lorehold, the Historian. Lorehold provides a unique engine: by granting haste and allowing a rummage trigger on each opponent's upkeep, any instant or sorcery drawn as the first card of that turn gains miracle {2}. The list leverages topdeck manipulation such as Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, and Library of Leng to stage devastating high-cost spells on top of the library. On opponent upkeeps or regular draw steps, the deck casts game-shifting sorceries like Rise of the Eldrazi, Storm Herd, and mass reanimation spells like Wake the Past and Scrap Mastery for just two mana. While the deck boasts high explosive potential and turns discarded artifact threats into reanimation targets, its reliance on its commander and lack of unconditional tutors keep its game plan fair, telegraphed, and interactive.
