Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Spellslinger Burn archetype commanded by Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph. The primary strategy leverages Ghyrson's static ability to turn every instance of exactly 1 damage from another source into 3 damage. By running dense suites of low-cost pingers (Firebrand Archer, Thermo-Alchemist, Kessig Flamebreather) and 1-mana mass damage spells (End the Festivities, Blazing Volley), the deck consistently wipes opposing creature boards while burning the entire table simultaneously. Card advantage engines such as Curiosity, Tandem Lookout, and Archmage Emeritus ensure continuous spell velocity. The deck closes games around Turn 7 via relentless burn or through an alternate infinite combo line featuring Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity.
