Deck overview

This mono-red aggressive deck is commanded by Gornog, the Red Reaper, focusing on an aggressive Warrior kindred strategy. The game plan revolves around curving out efficient Warriors, casting Gornog on Turn 3 with innate haste, and turning opposing blockers into Cowards that cannot block Warriors while buffing the attacking team. In the mid-game, the deck leverages high-impact force multipliers like Shared Animosity, Berserkers' Onslaught, Moraug, Fury of Akoum, and Gratuitous Violence to scale combat damage into lethal strikes against the table. An incidental infinite combat loop between Aggravated Assault and Neheb, the Eternal provides an alternate win condition. While the deck boasts rapid engine assembly and high tribal redundancy, it runs minimal reactive interaction and lacks mass protection against board sweepers, making disciplined board commitment essential.
