Deck overview

This is a high-power but noncompetitive Gruul engine deck centered on Roxanne, Starfall Savant. Each Meteorite deals two damage on entry and produces two mana when tapped, allowing the deck to turn a commander trigger into both pressure and acceleration. The main plan is to build a board of creatures and Meteorite tokens, then convert that mana into Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or a damage multiplier such as Fiery Emancipation. Fast mana and creature tutors give the deck strong explosive draws. The ordinary plan is slower: Roxanne, Starfall Savant is usually operational around turn 5, while a truly threatening board appears around turn 8. The deck lacks a compact, deterministic all-opponent finish. Its combat kill is exposed to removal, blockers, sweepers, and missing payoff access. Interaction and protection are useful but limited, so the deck is best described as a powerful general Commander deck rather than a cEDH construction.
