Lightspeed v 2.0 by IsranImrador

Format: Commander

Commander: Silver Surfer, Cosmic Voyager

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Silver Surfer, Cosmic Voyager leads a mono-blue control and blink combo deck. The commander provides an instant-speed mass blink effect that rescues your board from removal or resets enter-the-battlefield triggers while triggering end-step returns. The primary strategy focuses on deploying ramp and cost reducers, holding up interaction, and assembling infinite flicker loops. Win conditions revolve around creating infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake, looping Ghostly Flicker with Mystic Sanctuary and Coveted Jewel, or drawing the entire library to win with Laboratory Maniac or Triskaidekaphile, while Ambassador Laquatus provides an alternative route to mill all opponents.
