Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact token swarm strategy commanded by April O'Neil, Human Element. The deck leverages dense early mana acceleration to deploy April on turn 3 or 4. Once in play, April punishes normal gameplay by generating Mutagen artifact tokens whenever any player casts an artifact, instant, or sorcery. These tokens feed powerful affinity and improvise spells, scale Construct tokens from Simulacrum Synthesizer and Urza, Lord High Artificer, and fuel card draw via Shimmer Dragon and Idol of Oblivion. The primary win condition is an explosive wide overrun on turn 6, utilizing Cyberdrive Awakener or an overloaded Rise and Shine to turn dozens of inanimate tokens into flying 4/4 beaters. Backed by efficient interaction like Fierce Guardianship, Mana Drain, and Cyclonic Rift, the deck transitions seamlessly from a defensive value engine into a lethal aerial assault.
