Deck overview

This is a classic Mardu Vampire tribal aggro-midrange list helmed by Edgar Markov. Eminence floods the board with 1/1 Vampire tokens whenever you cast Vampire spells, even from the command zone, so the deck always has a go-wide baseline. The plan layers tribal lords, anthems like Shared Animosity and Banner of Kinship, and attack-triggered drain from Sanctum Seeker and life-swap engines (Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Marauding Blight-Priest, Bloodletter of Aclazotz) to convert a wide board into table-wide life loss. Primary wins are overwhelming combat amplified by Edgar's attack pump (haste means he swings immediately) or closed-loop drain combos built around Exquisite Blood. Tutors and dense cheap Vampires keep the engine fed; interaction is light and mostly sorcery-speed or spot removal.
