Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control and card-velocity strategy commanded by Wan Shi Tong, Librarian. The primary game plan revolves around leveraging mana rocks and cost reducers to deploy potent card-draw engines and hand-size uncappers. As the hand swells, the deck triggers powerful scaling payoffs like Psychosis Crawler, Psychic Corrosion, and Twenty-Toed Toad to pressure the entire table simultaneously. Wan Shi Tong, Librarian serves as a scalable flash threat that draws cards on entry and punishes opponent library searches with permanent growth and additional card advantage. A deep interaction suite of counterspells and bounce effects protects the board while disrupting opposing wins, culminating in a decisive finish via group life drain, mass mill, or unblockable combat damage.
