Format: Commander

Commander: Leonardo, the Balance and Raphael, the Muscle

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Leonardo, the Balance and Raphael, the Muscle lead a five-color +1/+1 counter deck. The primary plan is to use Leonardo's token-trigger to spread counters across the board, then have Raphael turn those counters into doubled damage. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar converts one attack into damage against all three opponents, making Raphael an actual table kill. Secondary paths lean on counter-doubling attackers (Level Up, Big Mother Mouser), Shredder's halving attacks, and Leatherhead's team pump. Donatello, the Brains is the hidden commander in the 99, adding a Mutagen token to every token, which fuels Leonardo's engine. The deck is a midrange combat deck with no registered infinite combo; it wins by accumulating counters and overwhelming the table.
