Deck overview

This list is an optimized competitive Izzet combo deck centered on Underworld Breach alongside artifact storm engines. Commanded by Saheeli, Jewel of Avishkar, the deck generates early board presence and token velocity while rapidly accumulating critical mana advantages through format-defining rocks like Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, and Sol Ring. The deck's primary victory line leverages Underworld Breach, Brain Freeze, and Lion's Eye Diamond to mill out the library and deploy Thassa's Oracle for an immediate same-turn kill. Supported by a robust suite of free countermagic including Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Deflecting Swat, it shields its own assembly while actively contesting opposing fast wins. Secondary lines featuring Power Artifact paired with Basalt Monolith or Grim Monolith feed infinite colorless mana into sinks like Urza, Lord High Artificer, providing redundant avenues to close games smoothly when Breach is contested.
