Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity cEDH storm and combo list built around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as an explosive mana engine, a scaling threat, and an outlet that deals noncombat damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell. The primary strategy leverages Curiosity effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout on Vivi. Because Vivi deals damage to all three opponents simultaneously on every noncreature cast, each spell draws three fresh cards. This allows the deck to chain through fast mana, rituals, and cantrips in a single turn, burning out the entire table while holding free countermagic like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Will. Redundant win conditions include the infinite Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal untap loop, as well as Underworld Breach with Brain Freeze and Lion's Eye Diamond. Supported by premier 0–1 CMC acceleration and deep reactive protection, the deck reliably attempts protected same-turn wins on Turn 2 or 3.
