Deck overview

This deck executes a focused mono-black Zombie tribal strategy helmed by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary game plan curves out with aggressive low-cost Zombies, lords, and card draw engines before resolving Gisa on Turn 4 or 5. By sacrificing high-power creatures, Gisa rapidly multiplies power on board, turning individual threats into massive swarms of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck finishes games through wide combat attacks enhanced by evasion lords like Death Baron and Lord of the Accursed, or by draining the table with aristocrat payoffs such as Plague Belcher, Vengeful Dead, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Strong graveyard recursion and creature-based attrition through Noxious Ghoul provide resilience against board wipes, though the list remains vulnerable to noncreature combo strategies and lacks direct stack interaction.
