Deck overview

This is a Mardu legendary-matters midrange deck helmed by Terra, Herald of Hope that weaponizes the graveyard as a second hand. Terra mills two cards every combat, gains flying, and converts combat damage into cheap reanimation of power-3-or-less creatures. The 99 is packed with legendary Humans, Warriors, and value engines that either self-recur, reanimate others, or reward casting legends (Shanid, Sleepers' Scourge, Venat, Heart of Hydaelyn, Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate, Carmen, Cruel Skymarcher).
