Deck overview

Katsumasa, the Animator is a mono-blue artifact/Vehicle combat deck. It builds a board of cheap artifacts, Servo and Thopter tokens, and artifact-draw engines, then uses Katsumasa to give big Vehicles flying and +1/+1 counters over time. The secondary path overloads Cyberdrive Awakener or Rise and Shine to turn the whole artifact pile into a 4/4 flier/attacker wave. Arcum Dagsson and Urza, Lord High Artificer act as hidden engines in the 99, tutoring noncreature artifacts onto the battlefield or converting artifacts into mana and card advantage. The deck generally wins by combat attrition rather than a compact combo, and needs at least one strong vehicle or mass-animation wave to close the game.
