Esper artifact-value deck built to bury opponents in Thopter and Construct tokens while Noctis, Prince of Lucis acts as a recursive equipment/artifact engine and lifelinking voltron carrier. The primary plan is to deploy token generators such as Sai, Thopter Spy Network, and Efficient Construction, then pump them with Tempered Steel, Urza, Chief Artificer, and Chief of the Foundry. Secondary lines equip Noctis for commander damage and let Aetherflux Reservoir convert accumulated life into a finisher. Urza effectively serves as a hidden commander in the 99.
