Mono red treasure by Dashirl

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Magnificent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-red Dragon tribal deck uses Smaug the Magnificent as a hasty burn piece and steady Treasure source while the real engine is Dragon and Treasure synergy. You ramp with cost reducers and Treasure makers, flood the board with high-power Dragons, and turn Treasures into mana and damage. Smaug attacks for Treasure-scaled burn, while Goldspan Dragon, Ancient Copper Dragon, and Ganax accelerate you. Primary wins come from overwhelming combat boosted by Terror of the Peaks and Scourge of Valkas triggers, or the infinite combat loop of Hellkite Charger plus The Reaver Cleaver. Hellkite Tyrant offers a backup artifact-count win.
