Deck overview

This list is a competitive Commander (cEDH) toolbox and combo deck helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan accelerates mana rapidly using 0-1 CMC artifacts and multi-color mana dorks to cast Sisay on Turn 2. On Turn 3, the deck activates Sisay's {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} ability to tutor combo pieces directly to the battlefield. The main line uses Bloom Tender or Faeburrow Elder with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Emiel the Blessed to generate infinite colored mana. Sisay then places all legendary permanents onto the battlefield, closing the game on the spot by repeatedly untapping Mount Doom with Derevi to deal lethal damage to all opponents. Robust protection like Silence, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Teferi, Time Raveler guarantees clean execution. If Sisay is contested, the deck seamlessly pivots to a standalone Underworld Breach storm win.
