Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its primary objective is accelerating mana through low-cost land ramp and cost reducers to cast Miirym ahead of curve on Turn 4. Once Miirym is established, every subsequent Dragon spell creates a non-legendary token copy, doubling the board impact of massive flying threats. Standout payoffs like Terror of the Peaks, Utvara Hellkite, and Atarka, World Render turn single spell casts into immediate lethal bursts and exponential combat pressure. The list supports its threats with haste enablers such as Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy, which bypass summoning sickness and convert card draw triggers into sustained gas. Free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship shields key setup turns, while defensive tools like Propaganda slow down opposing attackers until the Dragon swarm overwhelms the table.
