Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is a dedicated forced-combat and group-slug strategy led by Xantcha, Sleeper Agent. The primary game plan accelerates out hot-potato threats like Xantcha, Sleeper Agent, Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, and Slicer, Hired Muscle, forcing opponents to attack each other every combat phase. The deck layers global goad effects from Kardur, Doomscourge, Disrupt Decorum, and Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer to prevent opponents from building defensive walls. As life totals drop, passive card advantage engines like Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls and Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant refill resources, while War's Toll disrupts opposing mana sequencing. The game culminates in dramatic life halving via Havoc Festival or decisive mass theft via Insurrection, closing out the last surviving opponent once the table has battered itself down.
