Deck overview

Urza, Lord High Artificer leads a mono-blue artifact-combo deck. It uses cheap mana rocks and tutors to reach one of two infinite-mana engines - Grand Architect plus Pili-Pala, or Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter - and converts that mana into a Walking Ballista kill or Blue Sun's Zenith decking. Urza is the mana multiplier and backup beatdown source via Construct/Thopter tokens. A deep draw/tutor package makes the combo consistent, while a countermagic-heavy suite protects the kill. The deck is heavily artifact-dependent and can be slowed by resolved artifact hate and mass artifact destruction.
