Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul landfall stompy build commanded by Omnath, Locus of Rage. Its primary strategy leverages an unusually high land count (51 lands) and a dense package of green ramp spells to accelerate rapidly ahead of curve. The deck aims to cast Omnath by Turn 5 and immediately trigger landfall to spawn 5/5 Elemental creature tokens. In combat, it overwhelms opponents using wide boards enhanced by trample and haste enablers like Cactusfolk Sureshot, Thicket Crasher, and Rising of the Day. Omnath also provides built-in insurance against non-exile sweepers by dealing 3 damage to any target whenever an Elemental dies, allowing tactical board wipes via Blasphemous Act or Chain Reaction to close out games through direct burn. While the deck possesses immense mana velocity and natural resilience against destroy effects, it is vulnerable to exile-based removal and lacks stack interaction, dedicated tutors, and card draw velocity outside of specific landfall engines.
