Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm and burn strategy centered on Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a burst mana generator and a scaling damage outlet. Each noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its zero-mana activated ability adds mana equal to its power once per turn. The deck sequences early mana rocks and low-cost cantrips to inflate Vivi's power on Turn 4. By Turn 5, Vivi's mana burst fuels massive spell chains, Delve card draw, or game-ending burn spells like Crackle with Power and Jaya's Immolating Inferno. Damage-triggered draw engines like Curiosity and Tandem Lookout turn every noncreature spell into three fresh cards via Vivi's ping triggers, allowing the deck to dig through its entire library in a single turn. The deck also features an infinite damage combo with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity. While vulnerable to spot removal targeting Vivi before its power ramps, the deck possesses formidable same-turn kill potential.
