Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Golgari (BG) deck is helmed by Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis, leveraging its unique ability to be cast from the graveyard using convoke and delve to produce a consistent, resilient value engine. The primary game plan is to aggressively self-mill (via Stitcher's Supplier, Glowspore Shaman, Life from the Loam), fill the graveyard with high-impact creatures and reanimation spells, then cheat them into play or recast Hogaak repeatedly. The deck s primary win condition is an infinite mill combo using Altar of Dementia + Gravecrawler + any other zombie (e.g., Carrion Feeder) to mill out opponents. Secondary wins come from overwhelming combat with reanimated threats like Ancient Brass Dragon, Titania, Gaea Incarnate, or The Dawning Archaic. The deck is heavily graveyard dependent but possesses dense redundancy in recursion and tutoring, allowing it to pivot between combo and combat lines.
