Burn but in black

Format: Commander

Commander: The Master of Lake-town

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats and combo list uses The Master of Lake-town as a low-cost mill enabler and burst card draw engine when sacrificed. The deck primarily wins through modular infinite life-drain loops and instant-win permanents. Its fastest lines combine Exquisite Blood or Bloodthirsty Conqueror with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Sanguine Bond, or Enduring Tenacity. Alternatively, it executes an infinite sacrifice loop with Gravecrawler, a free sacrifice outlet like Phyrexian Altar or Warren Soultrader, and Blood Artist. Heavy discard, edicts, and stax pieces like Contamination and Winter Orb lock down the board while you assemble combo pieces.
